Well, a little "update" on my MIL. Nothing is wrong. She has a "lump" on her lung. NOTHING! She is breathing fine, she ahs energy again and she isn't acting all mopey (is that a word?). Doctor put her on an anti-depressant. She's only been taking it about 4 days so I'm sure that is not what has improved her mood. It hasn't had time to get in her system yet but whatever it is I am thrilled.
I registered the kids for school the other day. Found out Cas will be taking driver's ed seconod semester. NOT THRILLED. She will only be 14 and driving. She will have her permit for 17 months before getting her license. In IL they have to have them for 9 months. She will have them almost 2x that.
We go back to the allergist on Monday the 18th. Ragweed season is in full swing and they want to check Mason again. He seems to be doing ok on the Singulair but I really think we should try the shots just because he's allergic to so much.
They start school on Monday also and I have not gone school supply shopping yet. Cassie is dying to go. Mason don't care. I hate school supply shopping just because I love school supplies. I LOVE Staples! I always spend way more than I should. They said on the radio the other day that the average spent per child for back to school is about $550 between new clothes and supplies.
I need to get Mason new football cleats. I need to get one more gallon of paint to finish Cassie's bedroom. It is HORRID. She likes it though. It is geranium pink and pumpkin orange. YUCK! Mason's room is next.
Well, I skipped working out this morning to blog so now I need to get ready for work. I am going to try to get in early and get more done while no one is there. It's easier to get stuff done when no one is asking you to hunt down files and people aren't calling asking what the status is of their case.
Take care and I will be back soon - hopefully.

We don't even have drivers ed out here. It's a chapter in your basic health class I think. You can't get your permit till you are 15 and 7 months. I love school supplies too. Until I find them all over my house with trails of cut up paper and stripped crayons! Glad everything is ok with your MIL. Frustrating, I'm sure.
Hey Sher,
I got all caught up with reading your blogs and was wondering where you got a new job at. Unless I missed that blog I never did see the name of where you work. I thought the chasing the dog story was hilarious. I do hope your MIL gets to feeling like herself. I can't wait to see the pics of Cassie playing softball. Take care!
